How far are you from Nashville International Airport?

The Hermitage Hotel is an approximately 20-minute drive from Nashville International Airport.

Do you offer a car service to and from the airport?

Our concierge team can arrange for private transportation through our black car service for an additional fee, starting at $118.00 for a sedan.

The Hermitage Hotel is located at 231 6th Avenue North, on the corner of Union Street and 6th Avenue in the heart of Downtown Nashville.

Arrival time is 4:00 p.m.

What time is check-out?

Departure time is 11:00 a.m.

How can I request late check-out?

To request late check-out, please contact our reservations team by phone at (888) 888-9414 or by email at reservations@thehermitagehotel.com. You are also welcomed to make this request through the preference survey you’ll receive prior to your arrival. Please note that without approved late check-out, there will be a late departure fee of $75.00 through 1 p.m., and then a fee of a half-day’s rate following.

Can I request early check-in?

To request early check-in, please contact our reservations team by phone at (888) 888-9414 or by email at reservations@thehermitagehotel.com. You may also make this request through the preference survey you’ll receive prior to your arrival. Early arrivals cannot be guaranteed.

Do you have valet or self-parking services available?

The Hermitage Hotel offers valet service at $55 + tax per night. While we do not offer self-parking services, there are other self-parking lots nearby with various rates.

Can your garage accommodate oversized vehicles?

Our garage has a height of 6’7 max. However, we do also have a secure open-air lot that we can use to accommodate most vehicles. If you require accommodations for a bus, please contact our reservations department by email at reservations@thehermitagehotel.com for information on reserving street meters.

Are pets allowed?

Yes! Pets are welcomed at The Hermitage Hotel, with no restrictions on weight or number of furry friends. The fee is $150 per pet per stay. Please note that we can refuse accommodations to any pet that demonstrates aggressive, loud or dangerous behavior, including growling, biting, jumping on guests and/or staff, relieving themselves in public spaces, barking excessively, or eating.

What amenities are included with your pet program?

We can arrange walking services, sitting services, grooming services or more. Please contact our concierge team by email at concierge@thehermitagehotel.com for details and pricing. We also offer in-room dining options for our furry friends as well as luxury beds and treats.

Do you have balconies or windows that open?

While our rooms do not offer balconies, we have a limited collection of rooms that include windows that open. If necessary, please contact our reservations department by email at reservations@thehermitagehotel.com to request.

Can we have a non-smoking room?

The Hermitage Hotel is non-smoking facility, with a $500 fee applied if guests smoke in the rooms.

Are there safes in the room?

Yes. Each guestroom includes a safe capable of holding a standard laptop.

Is turndown provided?

At this time, turndown service is temporarily suspended. We are always happy to refresh towels, linens, or other items upon request.

Are there mini fridges or microwaves in the room?

While guestrooms do not come equipped with mini fridges or microwaves, both amenities can be delivered with a fee of $55 per request.

Can I add a rollaway bed to my room?

Due to safety concerns, rollaway beds are not permitted in The Deluxe Queen or the Junior Queen Rooms categories. One rollaway bed is permitted in the other room types, for a fee of $55 per night.

Do you have cribs or pack n plays?

Yes. We have complementary cribs and pack n plays available by request.

Do you have a Lost and Found?

If you believe you have left an item behind, please call our Guest Services team at (615) 244-3121.

What complimentary services are available?

We serve complimentary coffee, water, and juice in our lobby each morning from 6:30-10:30 a.m. We also offer newspaper delivery, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped business center free of charge.

Can I have a package delivered to the Hotel?

Packages that require more than 7 days of storage prior to arrival will incur a fee of $5 per package. If possible, please e-mail your tracking number and notification of incoming packages to our reservations team at reservations@thehermitagehotel.com so that we can be expecting your delivery!

Yes.

What Accessible Rooms do you have?

We offer an Accessible Queen room with two queen sized beds, and an Accessible King room with one king sized bed.

Is breakfast included?

Full complimentary breakfast is not included. However, we do offer packages that would include daily breakfast. Please contact our Reservations Specialists by phone at (888) 888-9414 or by email at reservations@thehermitagehotel.com to inquire about upgrading to one of these packages.

Is there WIFI for the hotel guests?

Yes.

Does The Hermitage Hotel sell Gift Cards?

Do you have a restaurant in the hotel?

Yes! We are thrilled to offer world-class dining at our signature restaurant Drusie & Darr, with an elevated but approachable ambiance for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We also have our all-day café, The Pink Hermit, which evolves from grab-and-go for breakfast and lunch to an stylish bar serving light bites and fine wines in the evenings.

Does the hotel have a fitness center, pool, or spa?

The Hermitage Hotel does have a fitness center, accessible with a guestroom key 24/7. We do not have a pool. While our spa is temporarily closed, our concierge team will be pleased to assist with coordinating spa treatments elsewhere. Can we get our clothes laundered or dry cleaned during our stay?

Yes. Our Guest Services team is pleased to assist with laundry and dry cleaning needs.
