Approvals for photography sessions are based on the requestor’s requirements, hotels occupancy and space availability. Each photography request must be requested at least 5 days in advance. Photo sessions are scheduled in One (1) hour increment from 9 AM to 4 PM, Mon-Thu, with an $1,000 fee exclusive of taxes and fees. Additional time can be arranged at $800 per hour. Payment must be received 24 hours before the photography session. Wedding photography permission is granted to clients who've booked The Hermitage Hotel as their venue for ceremonies, receptions and dinners.
