The Pink Hermit Cafe has introduced a new Italian-inspired Nashville café menu conceived by acclaimed international chef and restaurateur Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Featuring pizzas, bruschetta, and Italian shared plates, complemented by an extensive wine selection and craft cocktails, The Pink Hermit’s full-service dinner experience takes inspiration from the stylish neighborhood cafés of Italy and France.

From its charming light-filled space on the corner of 6th Avenue and Union, the European-inspired Pink Hermit is the perfect location to gather or grab a bite any time of day. Mornings begin with locally roasted coffee and house-baked artisanal pastries, to salads and pizza throughout the day. Evenings begin with craft cocktails and Aperitivo Hour with full tableside service beginning at 11am daily. We are open daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM, and all-day dining is open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Full tableside service begins at 11 AM daily.

We offer complimentary valet parking when you dine with us. If you would prefer, there are other self-parking lots nearby with various rates.
